At EnglishPixie, we strive to provide our customers with the best experience when purchasing books and digital content. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel an order, please review our policy below.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our support team at support@englishpixie.com with your order details.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund (see below).

Return & Refund Policy

Physical Books & Products

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ The item is in unused and original condition (with packaging intact).
✅ The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ A valid reason for return is provided (e.g., damaged, incorrect, or defective item).

Refund Process:

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate a refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, Subscriptions)

Since digital products are instantly accessible, all digital sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:
✅ You were charged multiple times for the same product.
✅ The purchased content is inaccessible or significantly different from what was advertised.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:
